RVTI Conducts Level 1 Dealer On-Site Training at NTP-STAG’s Georgia Facility

The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) recently conducted a Level 1 dealer on-site training session for NTP-STAG at the distributor’s location in Austell, Georgia, providing product education to the company’s sales team as part of its ongoing training program.

The training was led by RVTI trainer Chris Jachim and focused on strengthening product knowledge among NTP-STAG’s Austell-based sales staff.

According to the institute, the additional training is intended to help improve sales performance.

The dealer on-site training program allows the RVTI to send instructors directly to qualifying dealership locations rather than requiring technicians or employees to travel to the institute’s training facility.

The program is available to dealerships that are registered with the institute as a Location Subscriber or Authorized Learning Partner+.

NTP-STAG, a distributor of aftermarket RV parts and accessories, hosted the Level 1 session at its Georgia facility, where members of its sales team participated in the instruction.

According to a News and Insights report of RVIA on June 18, Halle Howard, account manager for the RVTI, said the institute has benefited from its collaboration with the distributor’s Austell operation.

“We’ve thoroughly enjoyed partnering with NTP-STAG’s Austell location to provide their sales team with Level 1 instruction,” Howard said. “Deepening their understanding of the product directly translates to stronger sales performance.”

Howard said increasing specialized knowledge among dealership personnel supports broader efforts to strengthen workforce development across the RV industry.

“Ultimately, boosting this specialized expertise drives dealership success and advances our mission to champion talent across the RV industry,” Howard said. “We look forward to helping many more individuals—from sales professionals to technicians—elevate their skills in our future dealer on-site training courses.”

According to the institute, the dealer on-site training model is designed to bring instruction directly to participating dealerships that meet eligibility requirements.

Under the program, instructors provide training at the dealership or participating location instead of requiring employees to attend classes at the institute’s facility.

The RVTI training curriculum is developed with input from manufacturers, suppliers and industry experts. The organization also offers self-paced online courses intended to provide flexible access to technician education.

According to its website, its board of directors includes representatives from organizations involved in manufacturing, selling and servicing RVs, with a focus on improving technician training and the consumer experience.
