Wave Express Commits $100,000 to Support RV Learning Center

Wave Express, a North American RV transporter, has pledged $100,000 to the Mike Molino RV Learning Center, according to a press release. The donation will support the RV Learning Center as demand grows for its essential educational programs targeting front-line dealer personnel.

“Wave Express is committed to serving dealers with integrity, safe and responsible transportation, and tools to create a stronger working relationship. These attributes are consistent with the work of the RV Learning Center, and we are pleased to support these valuable programs for fixed operations employees,” Wave Express Executive Vice President Andy Cripe said in the press release.

Wave Express, headquartered in Fairfax, VA, is known for its extensive service range, including competitively priced transport options for RV dealers, manufacturers, and independent contractors. With a fleet exceeding 1,500 vehicles and the capability to deliver more than 80,000 vehicles annually, the company leverages industry-leading technology to ensure safe and efficient transportation across the country.

The pledge by Wave Express will be specifically directed toward bolstering the RV Learning Center’s fixed operations educational programs. These programs are important for the training of dealership personnel in parts and service management, encompassing online courses, competency profiles, and certification processes. The educational content is designed in collaboration with the Center on Education and Training for Employment at Ohio State University.

“I want to thank the entire team at Wave Express for their generous donation to the RV Learning Center. This pledge will allow the RV Learning Center to enhance its education and certification programs for RV dealership employees,” RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said.

The RV Learning Center, supported by various industry stakeholders, including dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors, promotes dealership education. This education is vital for maintaining high levels of customer service.

With this financial contribution, the RV Learning Center will introduce the “RV Learning Center RV Service Writer/Advisor Program, made possible by Wave Express.” This strategic investment aims to elevate customer service and operational excellence in the RV industry.
