The Texas Association of Campground Owners (TACO) is encouraging travelers to secure their Labor Day weekend reservations early. With over 400 campgrounds and RV resort members across the state, TACO explains that the most popular parks are likely to book up quickly.
“TACO has more than 400 campgrounds and RV resort members across Texas, but the parks with the best amenities always sell out first,” Brian Schaeffer, TACO’s executive director and CEO, said. “We recommend making your reservations as soon as possible if you’d like to go camping or glamping over Labor Day weekend.”
To help travelers plan, TACO highlighted a diverse selection of both new and existing parks across Texas for a memorable Labor Day weekend.
Alamo Fiesta RV Resort in Boerne is nestled in the German heritage town of Boerne. This 220-site, pet-friendly park serves as a base camp for exploring both San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. Guests can also enjoy amenities like a playground, exercise equipment, and a park store.
Meanwhile, the newly opened Ennis Luxury RV Resort in Ennis offers a mix of modern comforts and convenient services, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, dog park, dry cleaning, mobile RV wash, and massage services. The park is also just 1,100 feet from a Buc-ee’s, adding an extra layer of convenience for travelers.
For those seeking variety, Great Escapes RV Resorts provides a network of family-friendly camping, glamping, and RV destinations across Texas. Their resorts in Bryan, Cedar Creek, and Perrin also boast resort-style swimming pools, and unique attractions like floating obstacle courses and wet and wild wagon rides.
