As per a report, nestled within a former pecan orchard, the resort is the brainchild of business partners Dick McCaleb, Brian Brady, and Mark Bauer.
After a thorough market analysis of RV parks across Austin, San Marcos, San Antonio, and New Braunfels, the trio designed the resort to meet the needs of the modern RV community, including those who choose to live in their RVs full-time.

The resort’s layout accommodates this by separating long-term and short-term visitors, ensuring that others surround guests in similar situations.
