Lagoon Ranch Luxury RV & Cabin Resort on Lake Livingston in Texas will host a Memorial Day Weekend program branded as an America 250 Memorial Day Celebration, featuring scheduled activities, entertainment, and family-oriented events from Friday through Sunday.
The resort is located approximately 90 minutes from Houston and is organizing multi-day programming across its property for the holiday period.
The weekend schedule includes poolside activities, children’s crafts, live entertainment, themed contests, outdoor movie screenings, and community gatherings from Friday, May 22, through Sunday, May 24.
Friday programming begins at 2 p.m. with Kids Crafts: Patriotic Paintings. From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Poolside Karaoke with Bill Powell is scheduled. At 7 p.m., Lagoon Lights Movie Night will feature “Top Gun.”
Saturday programming begins at 11 a.m. with Kids Craft Hour: Paper Plate Flag Craft. At 2 p.m., a Patriotic Tie Dye Booth is scheduled, requiring a fee.
At 3:30 p.m., a Watermelon Eating Contest, also fee-based, is planned. At 4 p.m., a Patriotic Pup Costume Contest will be held, followed by a Red, White and Blue Slow Roll Parade at 5 p.m. Live entertainment by Wes Nickson runs from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Sunday begins at 10 a.m. with Coffee and Catchup. At 2 p.m., Midday Movie Magic will screen “Grown Ups.” From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., an America 250 Pool Party Bash is scheduled.
Throughout the weekend, the poolside jumbotron will broadcast NBA Playoffs, the Indianapolis 500, Major League Baseball games, and National Hockey League playoff coverage.
Lagoon Ranch Luxury RV & Cabin Resort on Lake Livingston includes RV sites, cabins, and waterfront acreage, along with a 180,000-gallon lagoon pool and swim-up bar.
The property accommodates short-term stays, extended visits, workcations, and group gatherings.
