Out With The Old, In With The New: SDCOA Updates Consumer Marketing Branding

A newer and fresher South Dakota Campground Owners Association (SDCOA) is ready to face people in the camping industry to revamp their brand for consumer marketing. According to their officials, a new logo, URL, and email have replaced the “outdated” ones.

Mary Arlington, executive director of the association, stated that their new name. “Camp In South Dakota” will serve them better. They are also happy to have the updated logos. 

“The old logo was outdated after decades of usage. We have evolved with the camping industry. It is refreshing to have similar logos for both our industry-driven and consumer-driven businesses,” she added.

Stephen Saint, president of SDCOA, stated that “Pelland Advertising is a loyal supporter of SDCOA and that they saw the logos they had created for the Colorado Campground and Lodging Owners Associations (CCLOA) and Kansas RV Park Owners Associations (KPOA). These new logos were created after a brief discussion. We had a great experience working on this project.”

Arlington asks everyone to update their records.

She asked everyone to update their email contacts. She also said that their old camping directory would redirect users to the new website. Those who are still using the old logos are asked to request the new ones.

The association’s new website URL  is CampInSouthDakota.com, and the new email is [email protected].

Isn’t it exciting to see the South Dakota Campground Owners Association’s digital glow-up as Camp In South Dakota? They’ve added a cool campground locator tool for easy planning and lined up virtual events and webinars for us campers to connect and learn. Such a great move!
