The RV Industry Association (RVIA) has released its 2025 Industry Profile, outlining RV production, shipment and wholesale market trends across the United States and Canada, including data on unit volume, retail values and shipment destinations.
According to the report, wholesale RV shipments totaled 342,220 units in 2025, representing a retail value of $20.40 billion. The report also includes historical shipment comparisons, production data by RV segment and destination analysis across North America.
Indiana remained the dominant manufacturing hub for the RV industry, producing 88% of all RVs manufactured in the United States and Canada, according to the report.
Texas continued to rank as the leading destination for RV wholesale shipments, accounting for 9.85% of total shipments during the year. California followed at 6.75% while Florida accounted for 5.61%. Michigan received 4.21% of wholesale shipments, followed by Ohio at 3.60%.
The report provides analysis of both towable RV and motorhome shipments, including regional distribution patterns, wholesale and retail values, slideout incidence and chassis type data by vehicle segment.
The publication also includes Park Model RV production and shipment statistics for 2025, along with historical shipment data dating back to 2015. The association said the information is intended to provide a broader view of long-term trends within the Park Model RV segment.
In addition to annual shipment totals, the report examines key wholesale shipment trends across North America for calendar year 2025 and compares current industry performance with historical market data.
The Industry Profile also analyzes long-term RV industry momentum through comparisons between wholesale shipment trends and macroeconomic indicators.
The report is designed to provide manufacturers, suppliers, dealers and other industry stakeholders with production and shipment benchmarks across multiple RV categories and geographic markets.
According to the report, the publication includes production breakdowns by product type and shipment destination, offering additional insight into the structure and distribution of the North American RV market.
