The National RV Dealers Association (RVDA) has released exhibitor information for companies, planning to join the 2022 RV Dealers Convention/Expo live event at Ceasars Palace in Las Vegas on Nov. 7-11, 2022.
Interested vendors can reserve a space for an exhibit at the event. It includes a virtual booth space that will stay online up until January 31, 2023. The RV Dealers Convention/Expo presents an opportunity for companies to connect with the top motorhome and travel trailer dealers in Canada and the U.S.
For more information on exhibiting, visit the Convention/Expo website, here. To view the event’s exhibitor prospectus, click here.
Besides the promo and networking opportunities, The virtual booths also offer a budget-friendly way for exhibitors to interact with RV dealers virtually. It will provide videos, email, appointment scheduling, and live chat, giving brochures and other promo materials for direct download.
Companies with an exhibit will also become searchable by company name, product/service category, and keywords.
Vendors can also host popular live and virtual Vendor Training +Plus (VTP) sessions. These sessions give the companies the chance to show their own content while providing attendees with in-depth product or service information, educational demos, or case studies, for an additional charge.
The analytics available on the virtual platform could help increase leads in a company’s database, quickly follow up with people through appointments, track the activity of booths, and monitor visitors’ information outside of timeframes for the expo. To access the exhibitor prospectus, click here.
Additional sponsorships and partnerships for the event are available for companies looking to connect with dealers and showcase their brands. For more information contact Julie Newhouse at [email protected].
