RVDA and Fiserv Renew Partnership to Boost Digital Payment Solutions for RV Dealers

The National RV Dealers Association (RVDA) and Fiserv, a leading global provider of payments and financial technology solutions, have announced the renewal of their endorsed provider agreement.

This partnership is set to empower RV dealers with cutting-edge digital payment options, underscoring a mutual commitment to advancing operational efficiency and customer service within the RV dealership industry.

RVDA alongside Fiserv, with its robust portfolio of financial technology solutions, aims to provide RV dealers with a comprehensive suite of digital payment processing capabilities, according to a press release.

This collaboration offers a significant boon to RV dealerships, facilitating secure and streamlined transactions that are essential for the modern retail environment.

The extended agreement heralds a three-year program that will enable RVDA members to integrate secure credit and debit card processing into their existing operational software. This initiative not only promises enhanced security but also ensures a smoother transaction experience for customers, thereby enhancing the overall service quality of RV dealerships.

Central to this partnership is the inclusion of the Clover platform, a renowned cloud-based point-of-sale and business management system offered by Fiserv.

Tailored specifically for small and medium-sized dealerships, Clover represents a pivotal tool in modernizing the payment process, offering a versatile solution that meets the diverse needs of today’s RV dealers.

Phil Ingrassia, president of RVDA, highlighted the timely nature of this partnership, emphasizing the need for cost-effective digital payment solutions amidst rising operational costs and inflation. This collaboration with Fiserv is strategically positioned to add value for RVDA members, aiming to alleviate financial pressures and enhance overall productivity.

Echoing this sentiment, John Rubinetti, SVP and GM of SMB, Middle Market, and Strategic Partnerships at Fiserv, pointed out the critical role of efficient payment processing in the success of any business.

The renewed partnership is set to ensure that RV dealers have access to seamless payment acceptance and management services, which are indispensable for the streamlined operation of their businesses.

The partnership also plays a key role in the RVDA Endorsed Provider program, offering dealer members access to a selection of leading-edge companies and services that facilitate business improvement and management.

This program has been instrumental in providing members with cost-saving and profit-generating opportunities, further underlining the value of RVDA membership.

As the RV industry continues to navigate through a rapidly evolving market landscape, partnerships like the one between RVDA and Fiserv are critical in providing the tools and solutions necessary for dealerships to thrive.

By leveraging advanced digital payment technologies, RV dealers are better equipped to meet the growing demands of their customers and the operational challenges of the digital age.

The renewal of the partnership between RVDA and Fiserv marks a significant milestone in the journey towards enhanced digital payment solutions for RV dealers.

This collaboration not only signifies a step forward in the technological empowerment of RV dealerships but also reinforces the commitment of both organizations to support the growth and success of the RV industry.
