RVDA’s RV Assistance Corp. (RVAC) has made an additional $25,000 donation to the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. This latest contribution brings RVAC’s total donations to the learning center to $152,000.
Based in Fairfax, RVAC is the for-profit subsidiary of the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) and plays a pivotal role in developing member benefits and services.
Jeff Hirsch, RVAC chairman from Campers Inn, emphasized the importance of dealer participation in RVDA-endorsed products and services.
“Dealers using RVDA-endorsed products and services help support all the continuing education programs available through the RV Learning Center,” Hirsch said.
According to a press release, Hirsch mentioned that RVAC and other RV Learning Center contributors help cover development costs to make online training for RV fixed operations professionals affordable and accessible, including the recently launched course for RV warranty administrators.
The RV Learning Center’s programs are not limited to warranty administrators. It offers industry certification for service managers, parts managers, parts specialists, and warranty administrators.
RVDA members can access endorsed member benefit programs on the RVDA website. Additionally, the programs are listed in each issue of RV Executive Today, RVDA’s monthly membership magazine.
According to its website, the Mike Molino RV Learning Center is a resource for dealership staff, offering targeted publications, certification programs, online courses, and live workshops. These professional development and educational tools are tailored to help dealers uphold high standards of professionalism and efficiency amidst evolving market conditions.
In addition, the learning center utilizes advanced technology for education and training, ensuring that dealers are well-equipped to handle any regulatory or economic challenges they may face.
The RV Learning Center is supported by a broad coalition of industry stakeholders, including dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
Beyond the donations, the Mike Molino RV Learning Center offers warranty administrator training, designed to help dealers and fixed operations professionals meet the needs of a new generation of customers. This new course underscores the Learning Center’s commitment to providing comprehensive, up-to-date educational resources for the RV industry.
The warranty administrator online course offers training on processing RV repair orders, handling warranty claims, managing payments, maintaining customer and manufacturer/supplier relations, and checking in new units. Students enrolling by Nov. 30 will have until Dec. 31 to finish the course.
