Tickets are now available for the annual Spring Campout organized by the RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA), scheduled for May 1-3 at Twin Mills Campground.
The event, one of the organization’s recurring gatherings for the RV community, will carry a “Classic Country” theme and feature a weekend of camping and group activities designed for RV owners, tent campers and cabin guests.
The campout will again be supported by title sponsors Alliance RV and Lippert. The continued sponsorship support helps keep registration costs accessible, allowing more participants to attend the multi-day gathering.
RV Women’s Alliance Chair Tracy Anglemeyer said the event focuses on relationship-building within the RV community.
“People should attend because it’s more than a campout, it’s a weekend to build real relationships while having a great time. Whether you come with friends or arrive solo, you’ll leave with new contacts, shared memories, and a stronger sense of community,” Anglemeyer said in a press release.
The event will include a variety of themed social activities and entertainment intended to encourage interaction among attendees.
“RVWA’s annual Spring Campout welcomes members to Indiana the first weekend in May for an event filled with networking, food, crafting, wellness, community building, and MORE!” the event’s details indicate.
Planned programming includes food trucks, a Paint n’ Sip activity, rodeo games and a “Southern Social” crawl.
Additional activities scheduled for the weekend include a Fiddle & Firelight Jam, Kountry Karaoke and a Bougie S’mores gathering.
The Classic Country theme will guide the event’s programming and atmosphere, with activities centered on campfire gatherings and country-inspired entertainment throughout the three-day campout.
“Attendees are invited to bring their tents, RVs, or friends to share a cabin with. You are also more than welcome to come and go as you please if you have other events or want to sleep at home instead,” the event’s details state.
