RV Women’s Alliance Announces Finalists for 2024 Annual Industry Awards

The RV Women’s Alliance announced the finalists for its annual awards, honoring women and companies that have made a significant impact on the RV industry. The finalists were selected from more than 60 nominations for their “leadership, innovation, and dedication” to advancing women in the RV sector. Winners will be revealed at the awards dinner on Thursday, October 17, during the RV Women’s Alliance Education Symposium.

The finalists include leaders from various parts of the industry, from individual pioneers to companies championing women’s empowerment. The awards highlight the accomplishments of those who have made it their mission to elevate women within the RV industry

As the RV Women’s Alliance Board Member and Awards Taskforce Chair Monika Geraci stated, “These award finalists are a powerful testament to the impact women are making on this industry and the unwavering support they receive from individuals and companies who champion their success.”

According to a News & Insights report of the RV Industry Association (RVIA), the Trailblazer Award for Lifetime Achievement recognizes women who have contributed to the RV industry’s growth while mentoring and empowering other women. Finalists for this award include Cammy Pierson of Curtis Trailers, Jennifer Zachary of Transport US, Lori Severson of Severson and Associates, and Stacy Setty of Optronics INT.

In addition to the Trailblazer Award, the Champion of Women Award recognizes those who actively work to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for women in the RV industry. This award will be given to both an individual and a company. 

The individual finalists are Alissa Reyes of Thetford, Angie Biritz of Lippert, Ashley Hand of General RV Center, Jil Littlejohn Bostick of Winnebago Industries, Kelly Mosher of Forest River Inc., Laura Dobbs of General RV Center, and Renee Jones of THOR Industries. Company finalists include Broadmoor RV Superstore, Byerly RV, Century Chemical, Grand Design RV, and RV Trader.

The Leader of Tomorrow Award also celebrates women in the early stages of their careers who are already making significant contributions to the RV industry. The finalists include Alicia Gewinner of General RV Center, Amelia Sheckler of Winnebago, Analli Munoz of Grand Design RV, April Clark of Alliance RV, Becky Sheats of Thetford, Lindsey Bradley of Grand Design, and Stacey Curtis of General RV Center.
