Additionally, the service extends to infrastructure and capital improvements, such as upgrading existing sites, replacing outdated infrastructure, and maintaining hard surfaces. Taking over in September 2019 by RVPM, Bolivar Peninsula underwent several upgrades, including the installation of a 7,000-square-foot dog park, the addition of new fencing for enhanced privacy, and aesthetic improvements such as a fresh coat of paint.
