The Mike Molino RV Learning Center is now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 Duane Spader Leadership Development Scholarship.
This scholarship honors Duane Spader, a past chairman of the RVDA and an advocate for lifelong learning. It offers full tuition, valued at $13,850, for the NCM Leadership Development Program (LDP).
“Through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center and NCM Associates leadership development partnership, a scholarship is awarded annually to give one current or future leader the opportunity to participate in the program tuition-free,” the press release indicated.
Eligible applicants must be employees of RVDA dealer members in the U.S. and are responsible for their travel expenses. The application process requires a 500-1,000-word essay and two or three letters of recommendation. Applications are due by September 3, and the recipient will be announced shortly after.
The LDP spans 12 to 18 months, including six three-day sessions held in various U.S. locations. Participants engage in practical assignments and one-on-one coaching sessions.
According to a press release, upon graduating from the program, participants will be equipped to lead their organization’s culture and strategy, improve leadership and management effectiveness, coach teams for higher performance, understand and manage each area of the North Star Model, hire the best candidates for each position, deliver customer service, and assess and improve their dealership’s organizational and financial health.

The RV learning center offers a range of educational resources, including certification programs, readiness testing, webinars, audio presentations, live workshops, and a variety of specialty publications.
