Echelon Front to Offer Exceptional Leadership Training at RVIA Conference

Echelon Front, founded by former Navy SEALS Jocko Willink and Leif Babin, provides exceptional leadership training, teaching strategy, encouraging innovation, managing teams, preparing for contingencies, and handling crises, all developed and tested within the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams, as per the News & Insights report of the RV Industry Association (RVIA).

The company’s goal is to guide, teach, encourage, and motivate leaders and organizations to overcome obstacles, capitalize on opportunities, and foster a work culture that empowers leaders at all levels. While combat scenarios are unique, the qualities needed for success in business are similar.

Former U.S. Navy SEAL JP Dinnell, the Chief Training Officer of Echelon Front, will lead a half-day workshop at the upcoming RVIA Leadership Conference, focusing on how to lead effectively in changing and challenging situations.

The teachings will be straightforward and pragmatic while also being strategic and diplomatic, designed to help teams reach their full potential.

Dinnell, who served nearly a decade in the SEAL Teams and had three combat deployments, has been decorated with Silver Star, 2 Bronze Stars with Valor, and Army Commendation Medal with Valor recognizing his leadership and bravery under fire.

By attending the Echelon Front’s workshop at the 2023 Leadership Conference, individuals will learn how to strengthen relationships, optimize resources, take responsibility for problems, and implement solutions more effectively.

Delegates will spend two days of productive networking, leadership learning, and inspiration from motivational speakers at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa.

Surrounded by the serene beauty of the Sonoran Desert, the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa is a premium destination resort with breathtaking views, exceptional service, cutting-edge facilities, and luxurious amenities.

The conference’s program will aim to cultivate talent across the industry, provide insights into crucial industry topics, and connect emerging leaders in the RV industry.

Registration fee is $1,495, and it includes 3 nights’ accommodation at the resort, resort fees, all keynote and leadership sessions, outdoor group activity, meals, and networking opportunities.

Registration is open, and the deadline for confirmation of participation is February 17. Click here to register.
