The 2025 RV Aftermarket Conference is set to take place Monday, August 11 through Thursday, August 14 in San Antonio, Texas, bringing together RV suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders for four days of strategic networking and business development.
Organized by the RV Industry Association (RVIA), the annual event focuses on enhancing the parts and accessories purchasing experience, supporting the broader supply chain. The conference is open exclusively to RVIA members.
Attendees will participate in structured one-on-one appointment sessions designed to connect suppliers with distributors, providing a platform to showcase new products and explore business opportunities.
The event also offers insights from key industry leaders on the current state and future outlook of the RV aftermarket.
According to RVIA’s latest economic impact study, the RV aftermarket contributes 3,187 jobs, $272 million in wages, and more than $750 million in total annual economic output.
In addition to appointment sessions, attendees will have access to several networking functions aimed at strengthening business relationships and encouraging industry collaboration.
Registration options include various categories tailored to attendee roles. Supplier Meeting Room registration includes access to the meetings application and four nights of hotel accommodations.
Other categories include Supplier Attendee, Distributor Purchasing Attendee, Distributor Sales/Marketing Attendee, Agent/Rep Attendee, Media/Marketing Services Attendee, and State Association Attendee.
All registration types provide breakfast and lunch each day, with most also offering access to the meetings application.
A golf tournament is also scheduled as part of the event, offering attendees a casual setting to connect. The outing includes a round of golf, shuttle service, light breakfast, coffee, and a lunch buffet.
