Online reservation management software RoverPass has released over a dozen new owner reports including a refund report and external reservation report for reservations made on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
Thirteen (13) new owner reports are accessible through the RoverPass account portal, the company said in a press release.
“After carefully listening to the needs of our owners, we have added many new reports that will aid campground owners in managing their operations. In time, we hope these reports will also provide the data and resources needed for owners to invest in and grow their business,” said RoverPass CEO Ravi Parikh.
The reports can also be manipulated within the owner’s portal or downloaded onto a spreadsheet for record-keeping purposes.
One of the reports is the Refund Report which provides information on refunds which are broken down by totals and charges.
Another is the most-requested All Transactions Report which shows comprehensive information on every transaction like payments, transfers, refunds, reversals, and payouts processed through the system.
RoverPass plans to add more reports and features based on customer feedback soon. Recently, RoverPass released “Flag a Camper” functionality that allows owners better control over who books their property, which was also heavily requested by current customers.
