RoverPass, a provider of campground management software, announced its integration with Zapier, an automation tool, to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience. This new connection allows users to link RoverPass with over 7,000 applications, offering campground managers a streamlined approach to managing tasks such as guest communications, check-in procedures, and data transfers.

According to a press release, the RoverPass and Zapier integration offers campground operators several practical applications to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences. One key feature is the ability to automate post-checkout guest surveys, allowing campground managers to collect feedback. By sending an automatic email to guests after their stay, campgrounds can use this feedback to improve services and build “stronger relationships” with their visitors.
Additionally, the integration automates the delivery of essential check-in information, such as gate lock codes or Wi-Fi passwords. This ensures that guests receive the necessary details without manual intervention.
Another benefit of the RoverPass-Zapier connection is the ability to streamline guest booking data into customer relationship management (CRM) systems like HubSpot or Salesforce. This allows campground operators to engage guests post-stay with follow-up emails, exclusive offers, or event invitations.
Furthermore, Zapier’s SMS alert feature allows campgrounds to notify all current guests about upcoming events, promotions, or emergency updates.
The integration also enables syncing reservation data between RoverPass and platforms like QuickBooks or Mailchimp, reducing the chances of manual entry errors and ensuring consistent, up-to-date information across systems.
