Performance Brokerage Services announced the successful sale of Oklahoma RV Center, located in Moore, Oklahoma, from Lenny Zak to Optimum RV.
Founded in 2006 by CEO Denver Beck, Optimum RV has expanded its operations across six states, with 12 locations serving customers in Florida, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Texas.
The sale was facilitated by Performance Brokerage Services, a dealership brokerage firm in North America. According to a press release, Oklahoma RV Center will be rebranded as Optimum RV Oklahoma City and will maintain operations at its current location at 3045 North Service Road in Moore.
Lenny Zak, a veteran of the RV industry, expressed his satisfaction with the process, crediting Jesse Stopnitzky and Performance Brokerage Services for their professionalism and efficiency. Zak emphasized their capability to quickly identify the right buyer from an extensive network of interested parties, allowing the sale to be completed in record time.
Denver Beck also shared his appreciation for the relationship built with Performance Brokerage Services, stating that the transparency and honesty in their dealings have made transactions smooth and rewarding. Beck’s journey in the RV industry began after he recognized the lifestyle benefits of RV ownership.

In the past five years, Performance Brokerage Services has facilitated the sale of more than 300 dealerships. For this specific transaction, Jesse Stopnitzky, co-owner and director of the RV Division, along with partner Jon Couwenberg, served as the exclusive advisors on the selling side.
