The Ohio Campground Owners Association (OCOA) is set to host its annual Conference & Trade Show on March 7-8, 2025, at the Embassy Suites Columbus Airport, welcoming campground owners, staff, and industry experts from across the region.
This event marks an opportunity for Ohio campground professionals to access educational seminars, engage in regulatory discussions, and network with peers. The two-day event aims to provide critical resources for campground owners in an evolving industry landscape.
According to OCOA, the conference typically attracts around 80 attendees, representing close to 40 campgrounds, along with approximately 35 industry vendors showcasing products and services.
Every spring, the OCOA gathers industry professionals for a comprehensive conference focused on education and networking, with 2025 promising a blend of informative sessions and an extensive trade show.
A significant feature of the Spring Conference & Trade Show is the trade show itself, bringing together industry vendors who will showcase their products and services. Exhibitor registration for the trade show closes on February 14, 2025. Confirmed exhibitors will receive all necessary details, including the conference agenda, setup and teardown guidelines, and other essential materials, in February.
“Only exhibitors who have completed and returned the appropriate forms and have paid their exhibitor fee prior to the trade show will be permitted to exhibit. Space will be assigned at the discretion of the OCOA,” OCOA stated.
