OHI to Launch Nationwide GoCampingAmerica RV Tour With Wisconsin Ribbon Cutting Event

OHI will launch its nationwide GoCampingAmerica RV tour with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and luncheon July 9 at Evergreen Campsites & Resort in Wild Rose, Wisconsin, marking the start of a branded RV journey designed to connect with campers, RVers, campground owners and operators across the country.

The event will introduce the fully custom-branded GoCampingAmerica RV as it begins its first stop in Wisconsin before traveling nationwide.

OHI and Wisconsin Association of Campground Owners (WACO) leadership will attend the kickoff event, which is open to campers, outdoor enthusiasts, industry professionals and members of the media.

The ribbon cutting and luncheon are scheduled for noon to 2 p.m. Central time at Evergreen Campsites & Resort, located at W5449 Archer Lane in Wild Rose, Wisconsin.

The RV tour will be driven by Maris Brennan, OHI’s senior manager of member experience, who will visit RV parks and campgrounds throughout the country.

During the tour, Brennan will share OHI membership information, engage with campers and park operators, and document the journey through GoCampingAmerica’s Instagram and Facebook channels.

According to OHI, the campaign is designed to connect with both consumers and outdoor hospitality professionals through an on-the-road format while promoting engagement with the outdoor hospitality industry.

Attendees at the launch event will have the opportunity to view the GoCampingAmerica RV, participate in the ribbon-cutting ceremony, receive a complimentary lunch and meet members of the OHI team before the tour begins.

Jim Button of Evergreen Campsites & Resort and Brennan are listed as event contacts for the kickoff.

OHI, formerly known as National ARVC, represents private RV parks and campgrounds across North America. The association provides members with access to continuing education, networking opportunities, business and marketing tools, member benefits and discounts, and advocacy efforts at local, state and national levels.

The GoCampingAmerica RV tour is part of OHI’s efforts to increase visibility for its membership and connect directly with campground operators and guests during visits across the country.
