For over 60 years, OHI (formerly National ARVC) has offered a robust support system for outdoor hospitality businesses through resources, community, marketing, professional development, and legislative advocacy. GoCampingAmerica.com, an OHI-operated platform, provides visibility for these businesses and helps millions of campers find camping locations, serving as the search engine for GoRVing.com.
Through its partnership with Spot2Nite, OHI is enhancing GoCampingAmerica.com to offer direct bookings, streamlining the process for campers by allowing them to book campsites instantly.
According to a press release, this feature eliminates the need for users to navigate between multiple websites, providing a more convenient way to secure RV sites, lodging, and glamping accommodations. Additionally, this new capability helps drive revenue for OHI’s 3,300 member properties in the U.S. and Canada.
Spot2Nite’s technology integrates with major property management systems (PMS), allowing GoCampingAmerica.com to display real-time availability, pricing, and advanced search filters for RV equipment, amenities, and site preferences.
OHI members using compatible systems like Checkfront, Firefly Reservations, Good Sam Campground Solutions, and RMS, among others, can now receive instant bookings directly through the platform. Parks using other systems can still benefit from traffic redirection to their own booking pages.
