Scholarship applications for the 2026 Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE) will close today (April 20), according to a final reminder issued by the OHI Foundation, marking the last opportunity for industry professionals to secure financial assistance to attend the event.
The OHCE Scholarship program offers full conference registration to owners, operators, staff, and newcomers within the outdoor hospitality sector who may face barriers to participation.
The initiative prioritizes first-time attendees, aiming to broaden access to the industry’s flagship conference. Travel costs, however, are not covered and remain the responsibility of selected recipients.
Applicants selected for the program will be notified during the week of June 9, providing a timeline for recipients to prepare for attendance at the event, which is widely recognized as a central gathering for professionals in the outdoor hospitality space.
“The more the merrier when it comes to OHCE,” the OHI Foundation said in a statement. “These scholarships help ensure that more voices from across the outdoor hospitality industry can participate in the learning, networking, and collaboration that make this event so valuable.”
OHCE has been recognized as a Top 50 trade show by Trade Show Magazine and serves as a key platform for education, networking, and business development.
The event brings together a wide range of stakeholders, including campground and RV park operators, suppliers, and industry experts.
Programming at the conference typically includes expert-led educational sessions, peer-to-peer networking opportunities, and an expo floor showcasing products and services relevant to outdoor hospitality businesses.
The scholarship program is funded through the support of the OHI Foundation, which focuses on expanding access to professional development opportunities within the sector. By offering registration support, the foundation aims to increase participation from individuals who might otherwise be unable to attend.
Applications must be submitted through the official scholarship portal.
