OHI has announced that Vital Germaine, president of ENGAGE Teams 360, will deliver the keynote address at the OHCE 2024 conference. The event is set for Monday, November 4.
Known for his approach to team dynamics and leadership, Germaine’s keynote will focus on enhancing “creativity, team development, and leadership” within the outdoor hospitality sector.
Germaine, a seven-time author and former Cirque du Soleil acrobat, brings a wealth of experience in fostering team cohesion and leadership excellence. His keynote will aim to equip attendees with “actionable learning tools” that can improve team performance and communication.
