Southern Pines, North Carolina-based Travel Resorts of America, a membership-based operator, has acquired , -based Midwest Outdoor Resorts, which operates five campgrounds in and , according to a release.
Resorts of America offers its members various amenities, including indoor/ swimming pools, miniature golf, trails, and scenic lakes and rivers.
An on-site activity director at each of its resorts plans social events, crafts, and sporting activities for families.
Its 23,000 members now have access to more than 2,500 campsites at 14resorts, including 11 member-only properties, in , Georgia, , , North Carolina, , , and .
Accommodations include spaciousand campsites, as well as , all surrounded by the beauty of nature.
