In an effort to assist accommodation providers in dealing with last-minute cancellations, NewBook, a Global Property Management System provider, has launched a new waitlist feature.
According to a press release, the feature will help operators maximize occupancy, increase revenue opportunities, cater to guests’ expectations around cancellation policies, and easily manage potential guests.

The new functionality lets operators add guests’ preferred travel dates with exact match or within a date range in a certain month. Room or site categories can also be customized to guest requirements from a specific site, or room to a range of suitable options.
