NJCOA: Campsite Availability Still Open for Memorial Day, Father’s Day Weekends in New Jersey

The New Jersey Campground Owners and Outdoor Lodging Association (NJCOA) is assuring outdoor enthusiasts that there are still campsite openings available for the highly anticipated Memorial Day weekend and Father’s Day weekends.

As per a release, Executive Director of NJCOA, Joann DelVescio, emphasizes the importance of securing reservations promptly, as the campsites are expected to fill up rapidly.

“People are just itching to get out of the house and on the road for summer vacations, and they’re definitely looking at New Jersey for shoreline adventures as well as a country spaces for getting away from the big cities nearby like New York and Philadelphia.” says DelVescio, “While we do have parks indicating they have openings, we can’t stress enough the need to book ahead to ensure a campsite.”

Although parks across the state have reported available openings at the time of reporting, it is essential to note that some sites may have been booked in the interim.

To secure your spot amidst the natural beauty of New Jersey, travelers are urged to contact the parks directly for reservations.
