On November 9, Vision Management Group’s President and CEO Anthony Fiorillo and National Sales Director Ross Pantano will emphasize how best practices lead to a dealership’s F&I success as they hold a workshop at the 2022 RVDA Convention/Expo in Las Vegas.
Beginning 3:15 p.m., the advisors will discuss the importance of adhering to best practices during the workshop in the F&I track at the event.
Titled “F&I Best Practices,” the session covers the specifics of what an F&I professional should do to help ensure a successful “turn” in the business office. Included in the 45-minute presentation will be proper turnovers from sales to F&I, introductions, the 300 percent rule, menus presentations, and compliance.

- What an effective F&I manager does
- How to keep the F&I office compliant
- How to keep the business office accountable
- Why customers satisfaction increases with a proper process
