Kimberly Schultz of Integrated Dealer Systems (IDS) is one of the speakers at the 2022 RV Dealers Convention/Expo in Las Vegas this coming November, the national RV Dealers Association (RVDA) announced in a press release.
The dealership services veteran will deliver a fresh perspective on fixed operations during her presentation at the industry event scheduled at 2:00 p.m. on November 9.
During her session titled “Effective Dealership Peer-to-Peer Training,” Schultz, IDS’ director of professional services, will share with attendees:
- How to prepare for Peer-to-Peer Training
- The design of documentation and SOPs to have the right mix between policies, procedures, and application of tools used
- The importance of materials needed for training
- How to measure progress
Research shows that people more readily adopt new information through their trusted networks. This approach develops a group of in-house experts that in turn will train all other employees.
The 2022 RVDA convention will take place November 7 through 11 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
About the RV Dealers Convention/Expo
Just as dealerships strive for continuous improvement, the RVDA Convention/Expo Committee is using the same principle when it comes to the RV Dealers Convention/Expo. The education program will provide segmented content based on dealership size, management structure, and revenue in addition to focusing on things dealers have in common.
The annual RVDA Convention/Expo brings together dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, and RV industry business partners for the premier dealer education and networking event of the year.
