Recently, Colorado-based NAI Outdoor Hospitality Brokers closed on four park transactions across Colorado, Texas, and North Carolina for a combined total of over $46 million, as per a report.

The group joined NAI Global in January 2022 and is affiliated with the National Association of Recreational Parks & Campgrounds, the American Glamping Association, the Colorado Campground & Lodging Association, and the Texas Association of Campground Owners.
