Stolen Yogi Bear Statue from Mississippi Campground Found

The stolen Yogi Bear statue from Jellystone Park Pelahatchie – Yogi On The Lake (Mississippi), has been found.

According to a report, Nikki Ammons, the park’s general manager, said that the statue was discovered early Wednesday morning.

Pelahatchie Police Department said the statue, situated at the park entrance, was stolen on April 15.

Investigators said video footage showed a pickup truck entering the park at around 11:45 p.m. The truck was said to have done a U-turn at the entrance and stopped near the statue.

The suspect was able to detach the statue from its base and remove it from the property.
