Northgate Resorts, operator of premier RV resorts, has named Jonathan Zacharias as its new Chief Operating Officer, with Lucas Jones as its Vice President, Operations.
As per a press release, both hospitality veterans will be based at the company’s headquarter in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
“We’re extremely pleased to welcome Jonathan and Lucas to the Northgate family,” said Zachary Bossenbroek, CEO of Northgate Resorts.
“Collectively, they bring with them a breadth of experience both from their work in hospitality as well as other industries that are a complement to our brand. I look forward to working closely with them as we continue to elevate the camping experience throughout the U.S.”
According to Northgate Resorts, Jonathan Zacharias joined Northgate from Sun Communities, where he led strategy for the RV business unit. Zacharias led the development and rollout of the Sun Outdoors brand, oversaw the Camp Jellystone franchise business, and guided the strategic development of the company’s retail, dining and entertainment teams.
Meanwhile, Lucas Jones came to Northgate Resorts from The Bay Club Company, an operator of family-focused country clubs, sports resorts, and athletic clubs located throughout the West Coast.
