Love’s Travel Stops is rolling out a major upgrade to its Love’s Rewards loyalty program, allowing drivers to earn and redeem points on fuel and in-store purchases at all 608 travel stops and 62 country stores nationwide.
The unified program, accessible through the updated Love’s App, is designed to serve both professional and casual drivers, centralizing rewards management and simplifying point redemption.
Beginning March 1, members will receive 100 bonus points on their first in-store scan, with the promotion running through September 30.
Points can be redeemed like cash on future purchases.
“Love’s Rewards is a reimagining of how loyalty is rewarded on the road,” Patrick McLean, chief marketing officer at Love’s, said in a press release.
“Drivers today expect more than a place to stop – they expect value and consistency wherever the road takes them. Love’s Rewards delivers more meaningful value at every stop, whether drivers are fueling up, grabbing a meal or stocking up,” McLean noted.
“Our goal is to be the first stop drivers think of and the one they choose every time. Love’s Rewards now sets the standard for loyalty in the travel stop category,” McLean added.
Casual drivers continue to benefit from $0.10 off per gallon of gasoline, up to $0.25 off per gallon of diesel, and a free drink for every fifth fountain beverage or coffee through the Love’s drink club.
New perks include earning 1 point per gallon of fuel, 2 points per dollar spent on in-store merchandise, and an additional 2 points per dollar on Love’s-branded products, freshly made meals, snacks, and bulk Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF).
Professional drivers will see expanded merchandise points, retaining favorites such as shower credits and member best offers.
Base tier members now earn 2 points per dollar on in-store merchandise, double the previous rate, plus an extra 2 points per dollar on select Love’s-branded products, meals, snacks, and bulk DEF.
Starting October 1, the complementary drink refill program for professional drivers will transition to a monthly credit model.
Drivers will earn points that can be applied toward fountain or cooler beverages or redeemed on other rewards.
