LCI Industries has appointed Robert Hureau as an additional independent director on its board of directors, expanding the company’s leadership with an executive who brings experience in industrial manufacturing, finance and corporate strategy.
Hureau will serve on the board’s Audit Committee, Risk Committee, and Compensation and Human Capital Committee, according to the company’s announcement.
The appointment adds an executive with leadership experience across manufacturing, distribution and financial management to the board’s oversight functions.
Hureau, 58, has served as president and chief executive officer of Alamo Group Inc. since September 2025. The company designs, manufactures, distributes and services industrial and vegetation management equipment used in public and private infrastructure maintenance and other applications.
Before joining Alamo Group, Hureau served as chief executive officer of American Trailer World from April 2019 through March 2025. He previously held the roles of executive vice president and chief financial officer at the privately held manufacturer and retailer after joining the company in January 2018. American Trailer World manufactures and sells trailers, truck equipment and aftermarket parts.
Earlier in his career, Hureau held executive leadership positions at several private and public companies. Those roles included executive vice president and chief financial officer at Pharmaceutical Product Development, a global clinical research organization, and senior vice president and chief financial officer at Sensata Technologies, a manufacturer of engineered sensors and controls.
Hureau brings executive leadership and financial expertise developed over decades in global industrial and distribution businesses. The company cited his background in financial management, accounting, audit oversight and risk management, as well as experience serving in both chief executive officer and chief financial officer positions.
His experience also includes strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, international operations, logistics, procurement, and dealer and distributor network management.
“We are pleased to welcome Robert to our Board,” Ginnie Henkels, chair of LCI Industries’ board of directors, said in a statement. “We are confident that his broad leadership experience, financial acumen, and operational expertise will be a strong addition to our Board of Directors.”
LCI Industries, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker LCII, supplies engineered components to the outdoor recreation and transportation markets. The company said it serves original equipment manufacturers and aftermarket customers through its global manufacturing and supply operations.
