IVEE Group, a campground and RV park management company, announced the appointment of Shanna Pleimann as its new regional manager. With 14 years of experience in the RV and hospitality industry, Pleimann will oversee properties and ensure smooth operations and positive guest experiences.
Pleimann began her career as a part-time employee while pursuing a culinary degree. Upon completing her education, she transitioned to full-time roles and was eventually promoted to the position of general manager.
She mentioned that working with IVEE Group has been a great experience for her, allowing her to grow significantly in her role and continue to develop professionally.
In her new role, Pleimann will manage four resorts: Panama City Beach RV Resort, where she has spent over 14 years, Port St. Joe RV Resort, Sugar Sands RV Resort, and Milton / Gulf Pines KOA. She plans to add more properties to her portfolio in the coming years.
Pleimann’s goals include ensuring all resorts run efficiently and helping her general managers and their teams achieve their monthly objectives.
“Teaching my staff and co-workers is something I truly enjoy. I like that I will get to see some of my favorite guests while still helping my team. This journey in hospitality has been a great adventure, and I look forward to all it has to offer going forward,” she said in a press release.
Tom Mason, IVEE Group’s chief operating officer, said Pleimann’s background in property oversight and guest relations positions her well to support the company’s growth. “Shanna is a welcome addition to our team at IVEE Group,” Mason said.
