TJO 10×10 Management Assumes Operations at Idaho’s Elk Ridge RV Park

TJO 10×10 Management assumed management of Elk Ridge RV Park in Jerome, Idaho, on February 16, 2026. The property will operate as part of the company’s Great Escapes RV Resorts portfolio, which focuses on professional management of RV parks and resorts.

Elk Ridge RV Park, developed by Summit Creek Development, opened in November 2025. The park is located in Southern Idaho’s Magic Valley region, an area known for the Snake River Canyon, Shoshone Falls, and its high-desert landscape. The property is positioned to attract both transient travelers and long-term guests.

The transition to TJO 10×10 Management reflects the company’s strategy of expanding its third-party RV park management services. These services provide owners with operational oversight, structured marketing, and revenue management, which are designed to improve occupancy and maintain long-term asset stability.

“Our philosophy is guest-first operations supported by disciplined systems,” Troy Sheppard, COO of TJO 10×10 Management, said in a press release. “We focus on consistent service standards, efficient processes, and strategic revenue management that drives occupancy, strengthens stability, and increases long-term asset value.”

The Great Escapes RV Resorts brand leverages experience in hospitality and resort operations to provide structured operational systems, marketing strategy, and revenue oversight. By applying these practices, third-party management firms aim to deliver measurable growth and operational consistency for park owners.

Summit Creek Development, based in Southern Idaho, has experience in real estate, energy, and agricultural projects. The company offers a vertically integrated approach that encompasses development, construction, and financing, allowing projects to be managed from concept through completion.

For RV park and resort operators considering third-party management, the Elk Ridge RV Park’s example highlights the potential advantages of professional management, including improved operational efficiency, structured marketing programs, and data-driven revenue oversight.
