North Georgia-based hospitality company Timberline Glamping Co. was recognized during the Glamping Show USA by the American Glamping Association for Innovation & Pioneering.
In a release, North Georgia locals and owners Nathan and Rebeka Self were humbled and honored by the recognition.
“The recent acknowledgment by the American Glamping Association proves that Timberline Glamping Co. is making a name for itself within the rapidly escalating travel market,” the release said.
While the Selfs continue to bring their heart for the community to North Georgia, they are also expanding their vision to bring life-changing opportunities to franchisees as well as more glamping access to seasoned and new glampers.
The Selfs founded Timberline Glamping Co. in 2018 and began franchising their business in August 2021. This made the company the first and the only franchise business in the glamping sector. According to the press release, the company has acquired 26 franchisees under their brand, with one located in Dawsonville at Amicalola Falls State Park.
“Guests familiar and new to the Timberline Glamping Co. brand can look forward to experiencing unique getaways that combine modern comfort in the great outdoors with a trusted name,” the release said.
