Vendor space remains available for The Campground Conference scheduled for March 2-4, in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, as organizers urge businesses to register soon ahead of the discounted lodging deadline of February 9.
The annual outdoor hospitality industry event is approaching quickly, with booth reservations and early-rate hotel rooms filling up.
The conference, hosted by the New Jersey Campground Owners Association, brings together campground owners, operators, vendors and prospective investors for education sessions, networking and a trade show focused on products and services for parks and RV resorts.
Campground Conference organizer Joann DelVescio said this year’s trade show will feature both returning vendors and new companies serving campground operations.
“We have many of our supportive returning vendors on hand that we always love seeing every year. But I’m also looking forward to meeting all the new vendors like Barco Products, who sell campground furnishings, and Rich’s Ice Cream, who make nutritious and allergen-free treats,” DelVescio said in a press release.
“I think the park operators that attend will be impressed with the products and services they will learn about,” DelVescio added.
Basic booth space is priced at $350, according to organizers. Sponsorship packages are also available starting at $350 for businesses seeking additional visibility or those unable to attend in person.
A discounted lodging room block at the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area closes February 9. Rooms typically sell out well before the conference dates. Travel information, including nearby airports, is listed on the event website.
Attendee early-bird registration discounts end after February 20, with rates increasing by $50 after that date. Registration forms and vendor applications are available through the conference website.
Additional conference activities include a March 1 outing to TopGolf Orlando hosted by Lake Kandle Campground. The optional event includes golf and snacks, with pre-registration required through the attendee form.
