NewBook has announced it will be hosting a panel discussion at the Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE 2022) this November. The annual event is organized by the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC).
The discussion, which takes place on November 9 at 9:30 a.m., will be facilitated by NewBook Chief Operations Officer Erin Stevenson alongside campground operators with a combined industry tenure of over half a century.
“We know that the best way to learn is from your peers, so we really wanted to deliver a panel discussion where listeners can learn how to level up their campground from those who have been there and done that,” Stevenson said.
As of the time of writing, panelists include:

- Kathleen Walsh – Advanced Outdoor Solutions
- Micah Brown – Riverside Estates Covington
“I’m really looking forward to sharing knowledge that I have learned over 22 years. Some of the best insights and ideas I’ve implemented at my parks are things I’ve discovered from others in the campground industry, so it’s such a fantastic way to learn,” Harpaz said.
The group will discuss tips and insights into how park owners and operators can enhance guest experience, boost revenue, streamline and save time on the day-to-day, and embrace tech.
“This is a session that will leave you with a great sense of drive for change in your business,” said Stevenson.
OHCE2022 will take place November 7-10 in Orlando, Florida.
