Vendors serving the outdoor hospitality industry will soon have the chance to showcase their products and services to campground owners attending the 2022 KOA Convention & Expo in Orlando, Florida this November.
Kampgrounds of America (KOA) announced that vendor registration is now open for the expo portion happening November 16-17 at the Orange County Convention Center – West Hall.
This event is the perfect opportunity for business owners and campground owners to learn about the latest trends in the camping industry and network with other professionals.
With the venue’s expansive space, exhibitors and attendees have a lot to explore. In fact, the OCCC’s West Building alone boasts 1.1 million square feet of exhibition space.
For meetings, the venue features over 305,000 square feet across 45 meeting rooms, 132 breakout rooms, seven boardrooms, and more.
There is also an on-site full-service restaurant, four newly-renovated food courts, and plenty of parking spaces available.
This is undoubtedly an industry get-together not to be missed. Businesses have the chance to propel their products and services into the camping world as they receive exposure during the KOA event.
While plans for this year’s convention and expo are yet to be finalized, vendor registration is ready to accept exhibitors for the exposition, and qualified companies can now select their booths for the 2022 KOA Expo.
As of the time of writing, big brands in the industry offering products and services ranging from campground internet, virtual tours, accommodation structures, amenities, design, and more have secured their booths for the show.
Booths ranging in sizes such as 10×10, 10×20, 10×30, 20×20, and cabin booths as big as 30×30 can now be selected in prices from $1,500 to $4,000 depending on the booth’s size and location. Once registration is complete, exhibitors will receive an exposition packet for booth set-up and exhibitor information.
During the convention and expo, attendees can expect to experience back-to-back days of educational sessions, product demonstrations, and networking opportunities.
Last year, KOA went all out in Baton Rouge, where it prepared 30 educational sessions, an awards night, and more for an overall fun-filled and informative event done Louisana-style.
According to KOA’s website, the 2021 convention and expo saw over 350 campgrounds and over 700 attendees.
