The 2026 Florida-Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Expo will mark its 60th anniversary when RV park, campground, and glamping professionals gather April 28–May 1 at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida.
The milestone event will bring together industry operators, suppliers, and partners for several days of education sessions, networking, and a supplier expo designed to address operational challenges and emerging trends in the outdoor hospitality sector.
The convention will feature more than 90 suppliers showcasing products and services aimed at RV parks, campgrounds, and related businesses.
Attendees are expected to include park owners, operators, managers, staff, investors, and vendors seeking to connect with decision-makers in the industry.
A 60th Anniversary Celebration Social is scheduled during the conference to recognize six decades of industry collaboration and development.
The event is intended to bring together professionals across the outdoor hospitality community to commemorate the convention’s history and ongoing role in industry education and networking.
Education sessions during the conference will cover operational strategy, technology adoption, marketing, and guest experience.
One featured program, “RV Park of the Future,” will examine how experience design, service improvements, and long-term planning could shape campground and RV park growth over the next decade. The session will be presented by Scott Bahr, Sandy Ellingson, and Robert Preston.
Another breakout session, “What’s Appening?! What Park Owners and Operators Wish They Knew Sooner,” will focus on how mobile applications are being used by RV parks and campgrounds to improve guest communication, streamline daily operations, and generate additional revenue streams. The session will be facilitated by Bobby Sorden, chief marketing officer at App My Community.
Technology adoption will also be addressed in the session “Leveraging AI to Understand and Move Your Business Forward.” Presented by Mike Harrison of CRR Hospitality, the session will explore how artificial intelligence tools can support marketing, research, operational efficiency, sales prospecting, and guest experience management in campground and resort operations.
The event will also include a welcome reception open to all attendees and exhibitors, providing an opportunity for participants to meet peers, vendors, and partners at the start of the conference.
