AutoCamp Asheville Opens Through Hilton Honors, Now Bookable Online

AutoCamp has opened its Asheville location, now available for bookings on Hilton.com and through the Hilton Honors app. The launch comes through Hilton’s exclusive partnership with AutoCamp, which allows Hilton Honors members to earn and redeem Points for stays.

Members also receive on-property benefits, including a complimentary bundle of firewood, a s’mores kit, and space-available upgrades for Diamond members.

The Asheville property introduces AutoCamp’s new Bambi Suite, designed to accommodate both solo travelers and couples. Located a short drive from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the property aligns with trends in nature-focused travel

According to Hilton’s 2026 Trends Report, 37% of travelers cite “spending time in nature” as a top travel preference, indicating growing interest in experiences that integrate outdoor environments.

The opening of AutoCamp Asheville is part of Hilton’s broader effort to expand its loyalty program offerings. With the launch of Hilton Honors Adventures, members can access unique travel experiences, including land-based stays at AutoCamp and sea-based experiences through Hilton’s partnership with Explora Journeys.

The program emphasizes opportunities for members to earn and redeem Points while engaging in travel considered meaningful and experiential.

For outdoor hospitality business owners, the expansion highlights the potential for partnerships that integrate boutique-style accommodations with major loyalty programs. AutoCamp’s model—blending design-focused lodging with natural surroundings—demonstrates a strategy that appeals to travelers seeking both comfort and immersion in outdoor settings.

Understanding these trends may inform operators of private campgrounds, glamping resorts, and RV-friendly destinations about guest expectations and opportunities to collaborate with loyalty-driven platforms.

AutoCamp Asheville’s availability through Hilton Honors also illustrates the intersection of outdoor hospitality with large-scale travel marketing channels, a development that could influence occupancy strategies, amenity offerings, and programmatic loyalty benefits.

The combination of targeted amenities, loyalty incentives, and proximity to a national park provides insight into how outdoor accommodations can differentiate themselves in competitive regional markets.
