The Manufactured Housing Communities of Arizona (MHCA) and the Arizona Outdoor Hospitality Association (Arizona OHA) will host the 2025 Manufactured Housing Communities & Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Golf Tournament from May 14 to 16. The convention combines education, networking, and business opportunities.
The event, tailored to campground operators, RV park owners, and manufactured housing professionals, will be held at the WeKoPa Resort in Fort McDowell, Arizona.
Organized by MHCA and Arizona OHA, the event represents the combined efforts of two industry associations.
MHCA, which supports nearly 400 manufactured and mobile home parks across Arizona, caters to a diverse membership that includes small family-operated parks and large corporate-owned communities. Arizona OHA, formerly the Arizona Association of RV Parks & Campgrounds, serves more than 130 properties.
The convention will open on Wednesday, May 14, with a golf tournament at the WeKoPa Golf Club. Registration begins at 6:30 a.m. Participants will enjoy a day of friendly competition, lunch, and networking.
The evening wraps up with the “Almost Pool Party,” a networking event designed to foster connections among attendees.
According to the organizers, the main convention will start on Thursday, May 15, with registration and a continental breakfast. Attendees will spend the day engaging in presentations led by industry experts, addressing key topics in campground operations, RV park management, and manufactured housing trends.
The event will also feature an exhibit hall where vendors will showcase innovative products and services tailored to the industry.
The convention will continue on Friday, May 16, with additional presentations and specialized classes. These sessions are designed to provide attendees with actionable insights on improving operations, implementing sustainability practices, and enhancing guest experiences.
Sponsors and exhibitors are encouraged to enhance the excitement of the 2025 Manufactured Housing Communities & Outdoor Hospitality Convention by donating a prize to be awarded to a lucky attendee. This can be in the form of a physical item or a monetary contribution, which will be distributed on your behalf to a winner.
All sponsors and exhibitors will also be prominently featured on the Convention App, accessible on mobile devices, and listed on signage in the main hall. Sponsorship and exhibitor packages include complimentary continental breakfast on May 15 and 16, as well as snacks and lunch on May 15.
