AEONrv has launched its 2024 model, built on the Ford Transit AWD 156″ wheelbase cutaway chassis, offering outdoor adventurers improved comfort and enhanced features.
Jim Ritchie, CEO and co-founder of AEONrv, highlighted the significance of the 2024 model, emphasizing that the company has incorporated feedback from users to introduce its enhanced vehicle.
“The 2024 model represents an exciting update for AEONrv. We’ve listened to customer feedback and improved our offering to deliver our most highly innovative, reliable, and capable RV model yet. Our mission remains focused on continually enhancing the off-road and off-grid adventuring experience for our customers,” Ritchie emphasized.
The RV includes several notable upgrades aimed at increasing both comfort and performance, aligning with AEONrv’s mission to push the boundaries of off-road and off-grid adventuring. Among the changes are an enhanced refrigerator, larger windows, and over 20 additional refinements designed to improve the driving and living experience.
One feature is the Nova Kool RFU6406 D Refrigerator, which boasts a dual compressor and thermostat system, offering a 28% increase in capacity. The fridge also includes a pull-out freezer for better cooling and more precise temperature control.
The 2024 AEONrv also comes equipped with new Tern Overland Black Flat Windows, providing a sleek, modern appearance while improving durability. Built on the Ford Transit 2024 AWD platform, the RV promises better stability, power, and efficiency.
In addition to product enhancements, AEONrv is launching a nationwide mobile support program aimed at improving customer service. Through this initiative, owners can schedule service appointments by email, with a dedicated team targeting a response time of two to four weeks, and a maximum wait time of six weeks. Immediate phone and email support will also be available.
AEONrv’s service expansion is not limited to mobile support. The company plans to double its manufacturing space to meet the growing demand for its 2024 and upcoming 2025 models.
AEONrv also raised over $500,000 through an equity crowdfunding campaign on Wefunder. The funds will be used to drive future product innovations and operational expansion, offering investors a unique opportunity to become part-owners of the company.
AEONrv’s involvement in the outdoor hospitality industry goes beyond product innovation and customer support. The company is set to attend Overland Expo East in Arlington, Virginia, from October 4-6.
