Dealers planning to attend the 2024 RV Dealers Convention/Expo have an incentive to register early this year. Those who sign up by September 5 will be entered into a drawing to win a free two-night stay at Paris Las Vegas.
The convention, set for November 11-15, is an event in the RV industry. Organized by RVDA of the U.S., RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center, it will draw dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, and business partners from across North America.
The press release indicated that the workshop education program offers an “in-depth look” into the current sales landscape and provides strategies aimed at optimizing performance across all dealership departments, including fixed operations.
Additionally, the 2024 RVDA Convention/Expo announced that industry expert John Spader will lead a workshop aimed at helping dealers navigate and succeed in a challenging market. As the president of Spader Business Management, Spader will share his experience to present the session, “Success in Lower Margin Atmosphere,” scheduled for November 12 at 10:45 a.m.
During the workshop, Spader will focus on essential tactics for dealership success in a low-margin environment. Attendees will participate in a self-assessment to evaluate their preparedness for future industry challenges and will be introduced to six critical strategies.
According to its website, the 2024 RVDA Convention/Expo also offers a full week of in-person networking and education workshops, delivering expert strategies tailored for dealers and professionals in areas such as sales, fixed operations, F&I, and digital marketing.
Complementing the networking opportunities, the vendor training + plus sessions, presented by exhibitors, are crafted to keep dealership management informed about the latest products and services.
