During a workshop at the upcoming RV Dealers Convention/Expo, Mark Goldsmith, a national trainer with iA Dealer Services, will conduct a workshop that will explore the importance of active listening, asking the right questions, and utilizing nonverbal communication to build that relationship with your dealership clients.

At 2:00 p.m. on Nov. 13, Goldsmith will lead “The Power of Effective Communication” in the business innovation education track. By the end of the workshop, dealers will be empowered to use communication to lead to improved customer satisfaction, increased sales, and long-term dealership and brand loyalty.
