RVC Outdoor Destinations, the collection of upscale outdoor vacation resorts located within some of the country’s most beautiful natural settings, is introducing luxury-inspired safari glamping tents sourced from South Africa to its Georgia location, Pine Mountain RV Resort.
There will be a total of four glamping tent options, each spaced 60 to 75 feet apart, and feature private in-suite bathrooms with rain showers in addition to climate-controlled air conditioning and heating in addition to campfire rings and grills amongst other resort signature amenities.

“While there are some very impressive glamping tent experiences being offered in the state, what sets ours apart from others is the private bathroom inside each tent with rain-showers, plush towels, and signature bath amenities. RVC has been re-defining the camping experience by delivering upscale services and hotel-like amenities to our guests for over 13 years and our new glamping tent project is the latest example on delivering on our mission”
The first two glamping tents debuted 2022 and include The Bali and Springbok safari tents. The Bali is a true indoor/outdoor sanctuary nestled amongst the Georgia Pines with a private deck for the ultimate camping experience. Guests can cozy up to the wood-burning stove with a cup of coffee or opt to stay snuggled in the king-sized bed draped in 1,500 thread-count linens.
The Springbok safari tent was designed as the perfect glamping experience for families, allowing parents and children to have their own space. It is furnished with a queen-sized bed outfitted with luxury linens, bunk bed for the kids and designer lighting. The large, covered patio/deck is the perfect place to reconnect with family and nature while enjoying the sunrise or grilling to cap off a day of fun in the sun. The final two luxury glamping tents are expected to debut late spring / early summer 2022.
Pine Mountain RV Resort features an array of RV sites, cabins, yurts, and tent camping sites. The pet and kid-friendly property features a lounge, large swimming pool, hot tub, steam showers, children’s playground, on-call concierge, and wi-fi throughout the scenic property. Tucked away, guests will find a nature-infused luxe experience just an hour outside of Atlanta and three miles from world-famous Callaway Gardens.
