Angrove Country Park (United Kingdom), situated on the fringes of the North York Moors National Park between Stokesley and Great Ayton, has announced a significant £1-million upgrade.
The investment includes 28 state-of-the-art lodges launched just in time for the bustling summer season, marking a major makeover for the beloved North Yorkshire holiday park.
Managed by Leisure Resorts, Angrove Country Park has been keen to enhance its visitors’ experience.
Each of the newly introduced lodges is distinctively designed to provide a home-like comfort wrapped in luxury.
Equipped with secluded hot tubs, the lodges cater to guests seeking privacy amidst nature. Further enhancing the stay experience, many lodges boast of outdoor kitchens, complete with ‘big green egg’ barbecues, a feature bound to delight culinary enthusiasts.
In a move to expand its offering to different types of travelers, the park has also introduced three ‘love domes,’ providing a luxurious glamping experience for those craving a blend of nature and comfort.
Angrove Country Park has further augmented its portfolio with a children’s playground and an adventure golf course, providing a rich blend of fun and exploration for its younger guests.
The park is conveniently located for exploring both the North Yorkshire countryside and its charming coastal towns. Whitby and Staithes, two of the county’s most visited coastal locations, are just a short drive away from the park.
Commenting on the comprehensive revamp, Grant Gidman, the marketing director for Leisure Resorts, expressed his excitement about the park’s new look.
“Angrove is the perfect spot to explore the amazing coastal retreats the county has to offer. The likes of Whitby, Saltburn and Staithes are all just a short journey away, while visitors can equally explore the amazing North York Moors and its huge range of attractions. And, to top it off, we have the iconic Roseberry Topping on our doorstep which provides an amazing backdrop for the park,” he said.
With this significant upgrade, Gidman hopes to welcome more tourists and provide a comprehensive experience of five-star luxury in North Yorkshire.
“We are glad to be able to add such a great venue to the local tourism offering and can’t wait to welcome new faces to find out what the new and improved Angrove Country Park has to offer.”
In addition to these new features, visitors can enjoy a variety of homemade dishes and a selection of specialist gins at the on-site G&Tea House, enhancing the overall gastronomic experience.
With its location, new amenities, and commitment to offering an extraordinary stay, Angrove Country Park is poised to become an even more popular choice among holidaymakers for the upcoming summer season.
