AGA Lunch & Learn to Focus on AI Brand Voice for Glamping Businesses

The American Glamping Association (AGA) will host a Lunch & Learn session Oct. 14 focused on helping glamping businesses use artificial intelligence to create marketing content that reflects their individual brand voices.

According to a LinkedIn post from AGA, the session, “Stop Sounding Like a Robot: Brand Voice 101 for Glamping Businesses,” will feature Aspen Creative Co., an AGA Preferred Partner.

The workshop will examine why generic AI prompts can produce similar-sounding content and demonstrate ways businesses can tailor AI-generated writing to their brands.

The session is designed to help glamping operators apply AI to social media posts, website copy, flyers and other marketing materials while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

Participants will learn how to establish a dedicated AI workspace for their businesses, provide examples of their existing brand voice and set guidelines governing the language and messaging AI tools should use or avoid.

The workshop also will include practical exercises using real content, allowing attendees to apply the techniques discussed during the session. Aspen Creative Co. will share seven prompts intended to help businesses train AI tools to produce writing that aligns with their brand voices.

The session addresses the challenge of differentiating marketing content as businesses increasingly use AI tools to generate written materials.

AGA serves as a resource and representative organization for the glamping industry, connecting operators, developers, investors and suppliers with industry insights and professional support.

The association provides members with resources to navigate key business areas, including startup guidance, financing, regulations and market trends. Its work is intended to help glamping professionals address operational challenges and make informed business decisions.

AGA also focuses on building connections among industry professionals through a community that supports collaboration and the exchange of knowledge. The organization aims to strengthen the glamping sector by promoting industry standards and supporting sustainable business growth.

Through innovation, collaboration and advocacy, AGA seeks to influence the development of outdoor hospitality and support the future of experiential travel.
