Go RVing’s redesigned experiential activation attracted more than 40,000 consumer RV tours during its first two appearances of the 2026 event season, according to the organization, marking the debut of a larger exhibit footprint, updated branding and expanded interactive experiences aimed at engaging prospective RV travelers.
According to a News and Insights report of RVIA, the refreshed activation launched at the Scouting America National Jamboree, held July 22-30 at Summit Bechtel Reserve in Glen Jean, West Virginia, and the U.S. Open of Surfing, held July 25-Aug. 2 at Huntington Beach Pier in Huntington Beach, California.
Across the two events, attendees completed over 40,000 tours of displayed RVs.
At the Scouting America National Jamboree, Go RVing showcased three RVs during the nine-day event and recorded 7,613 consumer tours. The exhibit gave Scouts, their families and event volunteers the opportunity to tour multiple types of RVs and learn about RV travel and camping.
According to the organization, its sponsorship of the National Jamboree also was featured in On Scouting.
The activation expanded at the U.S. Open of Surfing, where five RVs were displayed along the Huntington Beach coastline. Go RVing reported 32,440 RV tours during the event, exposing thousands of beachgoers to RV travel through the interactive display.
The updated experiential activation for 2026 features a larger footprint, refreshed branding and enhanced interactive experiences designed to attract and engage consumers. The first two events represented the public debut of the redesigned activation.
The organization’s next experiential activation is scheduled for the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, which will take place Oct. 3-11 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Go RVing is seeking three RVs to display during the Albuquerque event and is inviting manufacturers to partner by providing display units.
